Dr. Neo Cortex, nemesis of Crash Bandicoot, one of the most known evil geniuses, with legendary voice actor Clancy Brown voicing him throught "Crash 2" to "Wrath Of Cortex" (even more, if possibly my memory is right) and also one of those "likeable ones" you have to like due to his comical nature despite the IQ being higher than most normal scientists would have.

Here's my rendition of him, having the pose from early Crash games with somewhat mixed up colors to the newer ones. He doesn't seem to have black pants in the recent crash games (where I count games TwinSanity and the Titan -based games. I've yet to play TS, as it seems to follow Crash Bandicoot originality still.)
