its pretty good, the motion lines are great and this has lots of potential to get really good with more development. :3

its stiff but not even janky....you have the strongest of ideas how to go forward with it, but you need to practice it a lot more. Which honestly, that's really all you need now, the practice.

It's not bad for a start. I think the big thing (and this is something I suck at myself) is that really good action shots require a strong understanding of figures in perspective - you can communicate a whole lot of "movement" in how you pick your angles and pose your characters. Strategic use of exaggerated/distorted proportions and shapes can also help. If you aren't already reading it, I highly recommend Ranma ½ as an example of how to do solid comic action in a breezy, cartoony style.
