Commissions | KoFi | Deviantart | Twitter | Instagram Again, the prompt was kinda boring, so I did what I did with Punk and Shark: make a villain for DragonGirl underwater adventure. And in this case, since neither the ones I did before looked like an actual boss, I put more in this design, since the final prompt doesn't really warrant to a villain...
Anyways, the idea about this guy is an ancient pirate, that gained immortality through being cursed to be a merman. Except the sea was rather boring after a few hundred years, so he found an ancient artifact that could allow him to turn fish and people into merman minions (hence the other two) and also make him able to control the seas and be invincible as long as he was fighting a non aquatic opponent.
I guess his mistake was not using this to murder DragonGirl, but attempt to make her a fish minion. DG is highly resistant to magic, but not outright immune.
