Ruffled_Ferret 's fursona, ruff. Apologies for the wait on this one, i had sketched it up weeks ago but was dissatisfied with the clothes and anatomy, which was meant to be more "zootopia-ish". Took some time to re-evalute and redraw it, and this was the result.
