Yeah I went dumb. Rolled with the idea of how despite Lawrence's attempts, his (more of a friend) employee Flance cocks him each time Lawrence tries "distracting" other employees with his needs. Flance will go out of his way to work the same days and Lawrence and keep an eye on the bug whenever he goes about the office with a certain look on his face.
Lawrence never abuses his position as employer within his office. When he goes around hitting on his employees, its after a lot of careful watching and small flirts to test the waters. That being said, he does let the horny get to him and that's when Flance steps in to remind him of his workaholic tendencies.
