This was a contest image I had running for, oh... forever. The contest being to identify the pirate she's dreaming of. An English bloke finally identified the man as Jean Lafitte, my favorite pirate and the original inspiration and name sake of my character. Congrats, and expect his free comission in the semi-near future.

(Disclaimer: Considering that I'm within driving distance of Barataria Bay (about a couple of hours), and that I've known about Lafitte since the third grade as a part of local history, this is really, really, really amusing to me.)
But please, don't let my amusement deter you/your character from dreaming.
