Here's what I have been doing:
Usually a fullbody character commission with shade will cost $30+ but if they don't have a proper ref of their oc AND it's their only OC. I will work with them on development of their character for free, including a free a fullbody shaded commission.
I do this in hopes to reduce art theft even if it's a little bit.
