Anyway, now that I have time I'll do a little info on my boy here.
Well first off if that font is too fancy looking, his full name is Jiao-Wei Xin Long. It translates from Chinese to "Horn Tail Heart," and naturally Long means dragon. I came up with the name Long ages ago(before certain cartoons existed, damn you), and never put anything else to it. I wanted him to have a big name mostly so people would call him 'Long' for 'short.' Ahahahaaa, I'm such a dork. But MUCH LOVE to Sarieu for helping me come up with the rest of his name. For mythology lovers, the rest of his name derives from the seven houses under the diety Seiryuu- aka the celestial dragon god of China. I also like how it's like random parts thrown together, just like him lol. Read on for a better explanation of that.
ANYWAY, here's his actual bio lol
*The simple stuff
Age: 19
Height: 5'7"
Body type: Lanky/wiry
Species: Dragon hybrid- mainly Dragon/Wolf
*The detailed stuff
Long comes from a clan of dragons where interspecies breeding is not only allowed, but encouraged. They feel it wise to adapt useful traits from other races in order to improve their own. So while Long is mainly Dragon/Wolf, he has many other animals mixed into his lineage; a big reason why he doesn't really look like a proper dragon. His mommy is the dragon and his daddy the wolf, btw. I should draw them up sometime.
They aren't dead, however they went missing when the clan's civil war broke out. Long got stuck there on his own, believing they had abandoned him. He later escapes the territory and the war within and becomes the head of a desert bandit tribe, but that's a story for another time ;3
Generally speaking, he's pretty much your quirky yet all around good guy. Not much of a fighter, which is a pity since he has a raw talent in the martial arts. He'd rather con his way into something rather than use force. He has a strong sense of group loyalty from his time in the desert, but his trust doesn't come easy for that same reason. If you're looking for a quick wit and a good friend, he may be worth the effort to get to know.
