Well everyone wanted to make another PCA character and here we are with one. I choose this because one day I was just thinking about this pokemon and couldn't get it out of my head so wanted to use it for a PCA character. Hope you guys like him^^

Personality: Smart, nervous at times (especially around girls)
Hobbies: Reading, playing video games, sometimes training (very not often)
Born on Cinnabar Island in Kanto, Scott spent most of his time outside reading any book when he was young. Both of his parents work on the island as scientists studying anything they don’t know however both of them try to limit their studies to spend more time with their own son. On some of the days his parents had the time to spend with him but most days they were far too busy and didn’t like that for a minute but there was nothing they could about it.
As Scott was getting older he still spent his free time reading and his parents spent more time at theirs jobs. One day when he was reading he took his view at the ocean and as he was staring something about him changed as he started doing some solo training but not only was he starting to train his body but he also started training his mind as well. One evening his parents were coming home and they noticed their son doing something by the ocean water as they saw him reading but also training which put smiles on their faces.
He entered the PCA at the age of 15 after learning about it and talking to his parents about it as well. Whenever Scott was in battle he would always think before attacking his opponent analyzing their weakness and then striking them down with his fire attacks or fighting attacks. Because he was smart he barely made any friends during his freshmen year but made a few friends during his sophomore year which kinda made him happy.
