Had to try this one out. Headless version of the classic Pleasure Island transformation.

But this one got me thinking: now why on Earth would they do something like that at Pleasure Island, a business that derives off the profits of sold beasts? Surely they could never sell them like that.

Then I answered myself; no, this is actually an even better form of punishment. Pleasure Island, instead of a metamorphic slave camp, is instead a non-for-profit disciplinary service that turns bad boys into human-headed donkeys and forces them to walk around in a big city-wide parade. They retain their heads so they are recognized by their friends and families. Then, they and the rest of society can laugh at their ridiculousness and throw things at them like one would at a person locked in stocks.

An immensely humiliating punishment that ensures they will never misbehave again.

I imagine it works up until we end up with the people who go there over and over just to be in the parade like this, in which case... well, back to plan A.
