Well, then I can definitely recommend you some tunes of Korpiklaani or Alestorm. That are the bands I listen to a lot ATM. But of course there are dozens of others out there.

I might do a similar thing and cover the intro of One More by Turisas, playing the violin part on my keyboard and the guitar part using my brother's guitar.
