Watch Calex Shrink (GIF Animation)
Huzzah!
Okay yeah this isn't exactly stellar, but I'm just learning to try these, and it's certainly better than the stick figure in scraps.
Still need a lot of practice but hey at least I can do one transformation. Still need to make the thing smoother. Hand drawing each and every single frame is a pain.
Now I suppose some might wander why the normally nudist Calex is wearing a shirt. Shut up that's why. It's certainly not to cheap out of having to draw the entire body each and every single step no siree.

Very cool! The way the shirt fabric collapses is really well done. Though the final result is a little too small to distinguish features. I just wish I could see Calex's smiling little face down there after he's happily reduced to two inches or so (your preferred size, right? ^^). Maybe you could put a little bubble emanating from micro Calex right at the end with a happy face in it, just for a greater resolution to the animation. Just my opinion.
Its very well done, I can't do animation for the life of me... It's a talent I certainly do appreciate though, and you've got quite a bit of it!

>.>; Honestly I'm using a tool on the DSi that does most of the work for me. I just have to draw the individual frames. An obscenely useful feature on the program I use is that in the background there's a faint image of the last frame. That way I can trace most of it and try to just move the drawing slightly in each month. I think they're still a bit to jumpy though, which I think you noticed in the CamisAR so I nee to use a bit more frames for each part.
