Good news for Churchy and Bun Rabbit! Seminole Sam is here and he's brought his carpetbag full of whatever he's up to. So, this is a piece that is absolutely and definitely all right. I know Sam's hips and tail look weird but that is following the model in the particular daily strip. I suspect that Kelly had one of those moments where he couldn't quite square things and figured, well, this is close enough. (He said, many times over, that in the time it took to get one project to 99% perfect he could get two projects to 85% perfect, and he was too much of a newspaperman to pick the first option.
