Apologies this is late, Civ 6 ate my life for a full weekend as did a number of other things. But I'm definitely continuing this.

To note this is the first log where we see Fae Entity Quadcaudia moving around in the Foreground of the video. It is the first log where it is completely silent, apparently performing a form of guard duty watching over Dr. Sundaram. It is also present in every one of the nightly videos that Sundaram has taken hence.
It does not appear that Sundaram can see Quadcaudia when reviewing the video - and neither did I during the first pass. It was only after using the copy-bypass technique to ‘clean’ the data that we could see it’s presence, further confirming that the anomalous effect is limited by Quadcaudia’s understanding of our technology

(The camera view is top-down looking onto the sleeping spot of Dr. Sundaram. Sundaram himself is currently staring into the camera as he adjusts the field of view and focus. His eyes are focused on the display to the side of the camera itself. To note, the doctor is completely nude, but a lot of his body hair is now a silvery color that shines in the spotlight above the sleeping area. He makes a minor adjustment to the camera before speaking.)
“Alright. So most of the changes appear to be at night. I’ve kept an eye on my feet - ”
(He pauses to move back a bit, awkwardly raising up his right foot and grasping it with his left hand. His right hand is on the side of the tent to keep balance. Notably it is deformed as described in FW_0021_DRSV_LOG_01, with the arch of the foot having deepened significantly and the toes receded apart from the middle one. It is also covered in dark calluses and long white hairs that reach down past the heel.)
“- and they haven’t changed much through the day. Just the middle toe has elongated and the others seem to have pulled back. If the changes are going to happen at night, though then we need to keep a track of it then. The camera’s set to record in multiple modes at the same time so we should be able to capture a lot of the changes as they happen. I’m pretty tired, so with luck it should be easy to fall asleep. The weather is cool enough that I can sleep in the open as well. See you in the morning.”
The doctor gives a thumbs up to the camera and a smile before moving to lay on his back onto the bedroll. The next 10 minutes consist of the doctor rolling onto his sides and or laying quietly with his eyes closed. The thermal imaging mode of the camera confirms at the 12 minute mark the lowering of body temperature consistent with deep human sleep.
It is at the 14 minute mark that the first notable event occurs: the arrival of Entity Quadcadia. Only half of the entity is visible due to the camera angle, but it’s head is visible as it comes into view, occluding the majority of Sundaram’s chest as it seems to sniff up at his face. It looks up briefly into the camera before moving to circle around Sundaram for several rounds. Finally it can be seen sitting at the edge of the camera frame, it’s front paws visible on either side of Sundaram’s head. Notably, it remains in this position for much of the rest of the recording, returning to it after the few occasions it leaves Sundaram’s side.
At the 32 minute mark, changes in Sundaram’s body can be observed - this time starting with his feet. The rate of change is alarmingly quick for the kind of skeletal restructuring witnessed, to note.
The first thing to happen is the swelling of the calluses across his feet, where they then merge into what looks to be one large, black callus. His foot structure itself is changing, with audible snapping being heard as the middle toe seems to elongate and swell. There is the sound of skin tearing in some places, the callus moving down to cover the toe as it grows grotesquely in thickness - however it is then covered up as what appears to be chitin emerges from the callus, slowly forming in the shape of a hoof.
The heel of the foot pulls upwards, while there are more snaps and cracks as the angle of the foot seems to permanently change to match that of the hoof. The flesh around the new hoof and above it seems to similarly thicken, with the spurs of the bone visible for a few moment before skin and muscle grow around it.
Sundaram does not seem to perceive the change of his new equine feet - or feel any pain as he is still fast asleep. Thermal imaging shows heat spikes all along his lower body though and especially below the knee along the surface of the skin, which has turned a pale white. The skin is only visible briefly though the previous fur that had been covering much of the heel explodes outwards with visibly rapid growth into a long set of feathering that covers the chitin of the hoof.
The fur is notably very reflective on the visible spectrum and appears to have properties of silver in it. The extent of this fur begins to visibly creep up as a line from Sundaram’s previous heel, crawling up at the rate of a centimeter every minute and engulfing the leg till it reaches to just a few centimeters below his knees.
The changes are not isolated only to Sundaram’s legs, though. His skin - previously a dark brown color consistent with indian continental heritage - has now changed to become paler towards a milky white. This is consistent across his entire body - it is changing all at once rather than in patches.
It is at this point that Quadcaudia is spotted leaving Sundaram’s side briefly. Something can be heard off camera - the snarling of a vulpine creature, along with the whispers of some other unknown entity. 10 minutes later, Quadcaudia returns to maintain it’s defensive posture at Sundaram’s head.
This brings us to the next startling change to happen - this one to Sundaram’s head, which starts shortly after the lower legs have finished changing at around one hour in. The entire front of his face around the nose area is starting to bulge out and grow. The swelling is rapid, pushing the skin forward even as it’s color changes.
The nostrils grow in width and start to become more prominent, pushing upwards as the entire jaw and mouth structure begin to protrude outwards at a very rapid pace. It grows at the rate of at least a centimeter a minute, the bone structure changes very visible the pale thickening skin.
On occasion his lips can be seen curling backwards, thickening a bit - but for a few brief moments at least revealing the dental changes beneath. His teeth are becoming much thicker and longer - many have in fact begun to merge as the jaws themselves are becoming physically bigger, widening now in proportion to the length.
As a note, the growth is at a downwards angle towards his chest, rather than straight forwards - and this change continues on as the bridge of his nose pulls outwards and up - pulling with it the forehead. It is to note that at this time his current hair all but falls out over the span of 10 minutes. Sundaram’s scalp is revealed to have a small circular growth directly at the top of the skull - which is now moving forward gradually.
The entire shape of the skull itself is notably changing - moving from the rounded back of a human head to a more flat shape, especially as the elongation continues. The top of the skull itself is pulling down slightly, reducing the bulge and forehead till it is almost entirely gone. The growth to note continues to expand upwards, forming consecutive layers of Chitin. A large mane starts to form and grow along the very top and back of his head, gold in color and extremely reflective.
His eyes have expanded significantly - moving from the middle of the face to the sides of the expanding nose, in fact protruding out slightly from the skull compared to before. It is clear by now that given the lower jaw structure, the wider forming muzzle and the eyes that his head has turned into a more equine fair - and the growth of the horn in the middle of the head all but confirms the transformation towards Fae-entity typically referred to as ‘Unicorns’.
The last changes that occur during the night are to the neck, spine and shoulders - which all become wider and thicker, likely to support the increased weight of the head and horn. One thing that hasn’t changed so far - and is the notable exception - appears to be the central torso and arms, which remain vaguely humanlike.
Though his body has grown larger and thicker (to the point where it is now easily a foot taller than before), his arms remain very much human-like with no transformation to his hands or arm musculature. In fact there is no fur growth along the arms or along his chest, which retains the human hair (but with a white coloration).
Infrared suggests that there has been some internal anatomy rearrangement and perhaps additions - but without an x-ray to confirm it is impossible to tell just from the visual feed alone. By this point the sun is starting to rise and entity Quadcadia can be seen to look back over at Sundaram before it leans it’s muzzle down to give a lick to the equine forehead.
It then departs, moving out of the camera view. Shortly after Sundaram is seen to awaken, his eyes are now that of an equines, on the sides of his head rather than forward facing. He is clearly disoriented, not understanding what has happened at first. He attempts to get up and speak - but only distressed sounds come out of his muzzle; a sort of mix between a whinny and a neigh, which only serves to startle him further.
His hands go to grasp at his head and muzzle, moving in clear shock as he attempts to examine himself. As he sits up he looks at his knees and legs - and then attempts to stand - only to fall onto his side as he clearly is not used to his new limbs and musculature. To note, no tail has formed yet on the rear, but there is an unusual arc to the spine more than normal than what is expected.
Sundaram lies in place for at least a half hour, breathing heavily. It is clear he is having a panic attack given the shaking and the way he is examining his body. Strangely when he does not seem focused on speaking he is able to do so normally - muttering words and curses in hindi.
At the one hour post-waking up mark he is able to finally figure out how to stand and speak. His voice is much deeper compared to before, while his gait is unsteady at best. He goes off the camera and immediately begins FW_0021_DRSV_LOG_02.
