"Does it sting?"

Kuba chuckled. "No, son. It won't harm you."

"I don't know, Dad. You said bright colors mean danger."

"Not all the time, Vali. Don't worry. You're safe."

Vali walked backward until he was pressed against his father's chest. The lion put his paws around the cub and pulled him close.

"Do you have a better view from here?" Kuba asked.

Vali grinned sheepishly, "Yup! Thanks."


This took me forever to finish. I did the sketch Friday and lines for the cub yesterday and spent all day today on the rest. I've been wanting to draw these two together for a while. I've been using them for an RP group.
