Sometimes finding a nice shot to capture takes me no more than 30 seconds.
Case in point: I'm on the 7th floor of the parking garage at the New Carrollton Metro Center. I'm still in Maryland and getting shots for my DC Adventure.

Not in the least. All the photos that are in my gallery are taken with cameras that, as refurbished units, cost less than $100.
If you have a good eye, some patience, a pinch of luck and at least 5 megapixels at your disposal, you can blow some of the $500 cameras out of the water.
