That kid looks straight up overjoyed. It's wonderful to see a picture like this. Breaks up all the emo images.
Though I don't think he's doing it over news. I sort of get the feeling he's just jumping like that because he's wanted to see if he can touch his feet when he goes up and he thinks no one is watching.
