Just to show how I typically do my comic pages.

I sketch it out with the binary pen and wording. AKA MSpaint tool like thing. xD
Then I redline the blule binary with the normal pen. To give it more shape and where certain placement will go.

Next will be the inking.

And last and most painful thing of all:
Coloring.
Even though it's just flat coloring, it still takes a lot out of me. :\
