Another older dragon OC, Nikka. She's from the same story Hoku was in. She's an odd case, born scaleless and with strange electricity based abilities. The type of dragon she's supposed to be is an aquatic race, so obviously electricity is not something you want to have around. She was cast out at a young age after accidentally killing her father with her abilities. After some time of barely surviving on her own, she decided that if the world was only going to see her as a monster, then she might as well just continue to fit the description.
