To all of those who disagree with this picture, it is of a 5 yr old who thinks that his daddy just brought him home the worlds biggest stuffed animal to play with. He is not being dragged into anything, that is his Haloween costume from the previous year he is wearing. He decided to wear it after Takala showed up for a BBQ.

He is not forced to do anything furry, but he is allowed to have fun and make his own decisions.

The ability to balance cause and effect, isn't developed beyond the most basic of levels in this child, in fact it wont be developed for nearly 2 decades, which is why we dont sell tobacco or super glue to people under 18. Plus humans are wired to mimic their elders to learn how to function in life, you are setting this kid up for a miserable life, and you are a horrible parent.

Its like walking around in bondage gear, and then offering to let your 5 year old decide whether he wants to play dress up too.

I don't really see anything wrong with this. It is innocent fun for both Takala and the little kid. Nothing wrong with that. :)

I pity the child.. Halloween isn't year round D:< I can only imagine the crap he'll get thrown at him at school! you're ruining that kid!

So long as you teach your child what it's like to shop at Abercrombie & Fitch like his fellow teenagers, and teach him what it's like to dress up in a business suit and go to a job interview, I don't see much harm in this.

Well he still has a couple of years too go, before I start taking him Abercrombie, but if it makes any difference he does seems to enjoy the other things that other kids his age do. Like the go cart in the garage, the trampoline in the back yard and his two days a week at karate class.

With the exception of Halloween he doesn't like to dress up as anything, not even a cowboy or pirate.
