Introducing Tobias, a character from a dream-turned-story. He has crazy-powerful time-traveling magic, hears voices and sees things that aren't there, and has spent most of his ten-year life in one insane asylum or another.
I tried something new with the background; I wanted it to be a bit busy to represent the fact that he's rarely really...uh, alone and at peace. But it's okay~ Life's looking up for him now. HE GETS TO SEE THE OCEAN AND BE ATTACKED BY DINOSAURS. 8D (Yeah, those were...seriously in my dream.)
The title refers to the fact he can travel through time, and often does so unconsciously. His magic is...crazy powerful.

Poor kid, though. xP He looks completely... despondent? Is that the right word? XD
And...in this picture, I suppose there's a bit of that. XD In general, he's a nice kid who means well.
