The villain of HOTR who uses hypnotic yodeling as a secret weapon to steal cattle from other farms without a trace. The humans never are able to find out how he does it so quickly, until the cows discover the truth out in the prairies where he starts singing, Grace mostly since she is immune to the spell because of her tone deafness. This guy to me has joined the group of other comic Disney villains like Brer Fox, Brer Bear, Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, Madame Mim, Prince John, Hades, and Yzma. At least in my humble opinion.
