This is a ArtTrade for 
mistyrainbowfleece. I ask her to draw Germany and North Italy in Puppy Form, and she asked me to draw France and Prussia as puppies!
Why the title? Just because there isn't clouds, and the moon is visible, I think that is a good atmosphere!
Really, this pairing for me is new, but I like it right now ^^
