Dhrauhna, the Ice Dragoness

The wonderful fluffy and kind Dhrauhna. Horns will frost over and emit a cold fog when she is in warm climates (due to her body's way of controlling her temperature with all that fluff.) Breath attack is a powerful stream of liquid that reacts violently to the environment around it to absorb enormous amounts of heat and make everything caught in its path an easily broken brittle mess. Dhrauhna is by no means a hostile dragon, in fact she is quite the opposite to those that are kind to her, but she is a dragon nonetheless and can be fierce enough to kill when cornered.

Her son, Yrauhl, has been possessed with a terrible cursed presence, killing and destroying everything that comes in sight. Including his father. Grieving for a mate she loved dearly, she somehow understood that the actions by her son were not his own will or want. Dhrauhna never blamed her son for her mate's death- not directly. He has since vanished from her, what was left of his personality desperately fighting to keep himself away so that he does not kill her as well. She, however, is determined to use that last speck of his personality to leverage his mind out from the dark place it has been trapped in for nearly a decade, a decade she has spent tracking him down. Her beloved family already shattered, she refused to lose him too. She will teach him how to be himself again, she will rekindle the mind the son she once knew. She will heal him, or die trying- even if it is by his claw that she bleeds.

“Come home, my son.
You’ve been so confused and wayward.
Come home to me, my son.
I can teach you to be yourself again.”
