they are quite wild, i saw the sea turtle just pop up while walking the pier, and the dolphins happened to be outside my door as i turned to watch the ocean.

Good, that's the best way. I saw a sea turtle poke it's head out of the water in the Caribbean, but didn't sea any when I snorkeled. There were no mammals, which is a shame because I ache to see one, but never have.
