Back to the main reptile. No, we won't be seeing a fight with Saurus and Celsius this time. Sunspear diffuses that situation which leads them to both work on saving some people trapped when the bar exploded.
When I think about it, super strength and size are probably some of the best powers when dealing with any kind of disaster. There are lost of heroes who will kick your ass but few that can feild the other common superhero problem; that being other disasters such as fires or such. Sunspear is strong but not superhuman so he can't do much here except get help. Saurus can do in seconds what a fleet of trucks and backhoes would take all day at.
Anywho. I've got a lot of pages of script for Saurus. We see a little bit of his concious coming out here. This plight is what this comic is all about; a reforming villain.

Yay! another comic page which continues the series of Saurus! I do so enjoy him. Maybe it is because he grows huge, or is a reptile...or maybe it's just because he's a former villain redeeming himself.

You can really see him start to break out and "humanize" in that final panel.
Actually, you raise some good point about us size-changing heroes. Would be fun to team up with him at some point after the traditional fight that superheroes seem to have when they first meet up with each other ^_^;
