Zhere I was, enduring a Monday night zhat felt like a Sunday morning. Rain was pouring outside like zhe sky was about to be pulled over by zhe cops and zhis rain was a stash of drugs.

And zhen she walked in.

One of zha prettiest broads I've ever seen, she looked like she was looking for someone to choke, or kiss, or bozh. Dressed all in zhe kind of red you'd see on a human's face on zhe night of zheir first hump, wizh eyes zhe color of my favorite whisky.

"I heard you were zhe best detective in town," she said.

"Whoever said zhat is a goddamn moron," I replied. "But you look desperate enough zhat I might be worzh a shot, right?"

Zhen she laid it all out for me. Said zhat not even last week she was a human guy, and zhat zhe guy who did zhis looked just like me somehow.

Buncha nonsense if you ask me, but if zhere's some gutter vermin out zhere doing crimes wizh my face, zhat's bad for business.

So now I've got 72 hours to clear my name and get to zhe bottom of zhis before her best friend gets shanked by zhe mob.
Damn, I need a hump.
