I go the parts from my friend  gdzeek
I shaved the hands and feet. Put some paint to help show the toes. Hands have some claws.
I moved the zipper to the front, along the belly. Added a pocket as seen in the photo.
Separated the tail from the body and added belt loops. Adjusted the tail shape.
Made the EVA foam face and ears. Teeth are buckram and eyes are flexible metallic visor material from Icon props
