After making a new cookie favor Flower asked Novi, Plasma, and Icy if they want to help try it out. They taste tested it and they said it was good. Nothing happened at first both Novi and Plasma had 2 while Icy had four. Then they felt funny, and to their surprise that their breasts just started to suddenly expand. Flower couldn't help but watch as the 3 Dragoness have their bust increase in size. Thus another cookie was added to the failed cookies list.
