Jingle has to be one of my all time favorite characters that I have ever created❤

Having grown up in the circus and swindling unsuspecting people her whole life she is no stranger to the more chaotic side of life.
When not in the thick of battle or a performance with her trusty kazoo she often finds herself entertaining small village children wherever her party ends up.
She is sweet but also a bit sour, with a devilish personality and a charisma modifier to die for Jingle hopes to steal your heart just like she stole mine.
