It seems, that this Lucario found a muscle-inflator and after the using, he's starts more or less by asking, if someone want touch his inflated muscle or he calls balloons. Since he still holds the hose, it may also be that he will use it again to be even bigger, like a big balloon. And probebly you shouldn't mess with this Lucario, who knows, if this tank makes you really strong or not

And yes, I notice, that the belly looks weird, because I notice it very late, but I don't care -w-;
