Phillip's 400 years old, perpetually stuck as a 10 year old boy. He's got an obvious Claudia complex (Anne Rice reference, to those who don't know), but has become a power of his own.

He currently runs a vampire-exclusive mafia, his right-hand man Augustus posing as the "real" Capo and his "father" when dealing with non-vampire situations. He's wicked, manipulative, and a terrible opposite of his physical form.

This is one of the main chars in a vampire RP my friend  ribs and I are doing, so don't mind the occasional ref popping up here or there.
