This reminds me of the images of Detroit I saw on a recent BBC Documentary about the city, the old factories twisted and crumbling wrecks as time, the elements and scavengers took their toll on the once magnificent and imposing structures.

Very apt. I was looking at a lot of the urban decay and detroit ruins when thinking about this piece. :)

I found your artwork just by exploring Furaffnity—I was looking for a post-apocalyptic art. I wonder if you have a Deviant Art account. Your watercolor paintings are just breath taking. I notice a Post-Apocalyptic theme with a slice of nature study. This deafening silence of life after humanity. But within this silence there is this eerie beauty. It is so abstract, yet simple. The play of shadows and light, its form following function in every detail. This art speaks to me.
