Got the door panel on after getting parts for the door handle in and making a few adjustments for drilling and testing to see if it opens or not which works like a champ now the hardest part was the inside door handle to grab the screws was contrary.but I don't understand why the speaker hole is on the left instead near the glove box like it's supposed to be.

Yeah, you need something largish to cover that over... Was the panel off when you got the truck? If there's a round in the sheet metal, that is probably the factopry location, for whatever reason.
Taping it over would cover the hole, but the edges would look awful. Need some sort of frame that approximates the body color, painted wood, plastic, metal?
