Improvisation is the mother of invention and this seriously satisfying sushi was improvised at the buffet of FCN by hypr and I'm sure it well be a sensation in the future

I guess we will set the bar a bit low with photos from FCN, but anyways, i noticed the seaweed paper, rice however there was no sushi grade fish at the buffet.
So I decided to improvise a bit with me being a bit rushed to clear my stuff out, I decided to go to the buffet and make some bacon sushi after I was done the general breakfast stuff.
It was a impromptu recipe, but anyways, you will need the seaweed for making the sushi, like it was readily available , sticky rice; I used whatever was available at the breakfast buffet at FCN
and bacon, crisp bacon to be precise, cook accordingly to how many people you want to feed, if its one person then about 3 strips would suffice
Get your ingredients ready, cut the squares for the sea weed, cook the rice and let it cool, and cook the bacon until crisp.
Roll up the sushi as usual (don't overfill it, we aren't making burritos) and when it is a roll, cut with a sharp knife into pieces, and your yield will be dependent on how much you make and how long the strips are. I find 1 strip should be about 3 or 4 per square.
when you cook a whole package expect about 3 - 4 dozen pieces.
