With a marvelously marbled finished these burgers are full of flavour from the kitchens of penta-zel

3 1/2 pounds ground chuck
3 pounds thick cut smoked bacon
1 large white or yellow onion
6-8 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper flacks
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
5 eggs
12 oz panko bread crumbs
half freeze the bacon, then cut it into 1/4 inch by 1 inch strips. to make this easier; half freeze bacon first, then cut as one chunk.
dice the onion into 1/2 inch squares.
kneed all indigence by hand. form at least 1/2 pound patties and try to poke onions into meat, sideways.
grill at low heat to caramelize and not burn onions.
warning: pace yourself eating. these hit like a rock in like 20 minutes. XD
