... fair point. The main question is that unless he never got the berd talk *shudder at pic* that I’m surprised how he able to never experience this before. There maybe a chance bill charm suddenly got a boost from some mystical source *looks at bill* or his charm so powerful that the natural response to many people around him
For the most part it's more so Bill's already powerful charm effect combined with the fact that Momochi is not used to how a Warmblooded species reacts to these particular feelings.... or feelings at all really.
The reptilian species in the S.O.B. world are not really touchy feely. Not emotionless, they can fall in love and the like. Just not quite in the same way as the Avian or Mamalonian speices do.
Also (to clarify things) these "feelings" aren't part of Momochi's soul/heart, but rather body.
