Evolved form of Cortez the Doppelganger

Pretty much an Aberration as categorized by Dungeon & Dragons. A huge, floating blob of writhing and pulsating flesh surrounded by 4 huge tentacles.
Based on the final boss from Arc the Lad : Twilight of the Spirits.
This shapeless slime of flesh allows Doppelganger to do multiple attacks using all collected Genes equipment in the inventory instead of just those equipped. So if the attacks involve a huge arm to punch, a huge arm will pop out to punch.

The 4 tentacles can attack, rotate or focus with the center light to accumulate power before shooting a huge ass beam.
