Okee, I'm no good at critiquing but the one thing that stands out here is the bear's torso.. it's a teeny bit too short! You've definitely got the correct length on the arms, since all your characters have the hands resting at midthigh, so that's a great thing! I also love the different expressions; your faces are great! What I'd try to do with the torso would be to move the crotch line down a bit..
