I had a huge PotC obsesssion back in summer 2007 - particularly with the ghostship the Flying Dutchman
I saw a Javine (a big slender looking feline species) named "Dutch" as sort of captain of the Flying Dutchman - he was apparently cursed too.

I find it somehow very "iconic"! So i never forgot this piece!
Yeah this ship feels so mysterious and i am very drawn to it too! O.o I guess it even played an important "influence" on me with that long pointy "mouth" like front part, that was always one of my favorite details and something i also never forgot too! Its just so well designed..will always appreciate it a lot!

I bet those were very interesting dreams! lol I just watched Dead Man´s Chest these days and remembered of you too! always do remember of this one drawing when i watch any PotC!
Indeed, totally can see that inspiration! design works the best when inspired in existing animals and flora! :D
