People who watch me know I like bears, but I also have a thing for owls. I was bored and decided to make a new one, maybe my 19th (or 20th if I'm missing one I have not put up).
Anyway, this is Johann. He started out because a wanted a Steampunk looking owl, but then realized I didn't want to draw all that extra detail (not easy to do if I ever use him in comic form). As I kept sketching him, I decided to make him a clockmaker (IRL, I have a fascination with clocks), who lives alone in the forest somewhere (like my crow, Cornelius, or the wolverine Harvey).
So, what do you think? More details on him to come.

Being steampunk themed, it would make sense. He probably has a secret project where he's building a large steam powered town clock or something? Or if he wasn't doing that now, that could be a dream of his. I'm sure he would need a bit of assistance from other feathered and furred individuals to help him make it and those who would probably see him at least going half naked, if it takes a lot of work to build such a thing, plus the steam itself would heat things up of course. :D
