And this one is on the 2nd discipline of magic known as Scalemorphing, a less flashy and more difficult discipline than breathrowing, though not as hard or abstract as dreamcalling.
Basically it's where you channel elementized mana throughout your body to enhance or "buff" yourself. This can be a lot of things, a fire mage might warm their blood to survive cold environments or to even turn their eyes into a light source for others to see. A lightning mage may use their electrified mana to boost their reflexes or even turn themselves into a walking shock hazard. Ice mages might cool their blood to survive hot environments, things like that.
Scalemorphing requires a lot more spiritual will and control, as failing to control these elements and keep them flowing through the body will result in damages. From Acid mana melting into your veins to suffering seizures from mismanaged electricity or even getting an air bubble from wind magic into your heart and suffering a heart attack. It requires a lot of focus but, with training and focus, a drek can keep that scalemorphing going pretty effectively.
It's not as flashy as breathrowing or scalemorphing but it is very useful for it's utility.
