Here we see Atomic Apocalypse, the typical badass and leader of some mad raiders, introducing himself to the Red Hazard Crew Leders.
The reason that Atomic could beat down 4 of them is that he can use Powers given from the 'holy light of the Atom'
He will not kill them this time but now Drakon and his Peopel know that they had a new enemy beside the Human Alliance : The Children of the Atom and there Superpowerd Leader Atomic.
