Great work again mate. I can see a huge improvement from your other fics, which is great to see. I will agree with you that it probably wasn't as strong as the first chapter, but it was still a very good piece of work. Well done.

Anyway, looks like despite careful planning by Lev and Kelborn, Rul has his own plans for his future. I definitely can't wait to see what happens next.
