Blue milk is from the OT, though. It's what Luke, Uncle Owen, and Aunt Beru are drinking in the dinner scene where they discuss the new droids. (There was a deleted scene that showed the milk more clearly; in the finished movie, it's hard to tell what it is because of the opaque glasses.)
