I'm struggling to believe this. Iced fountain drinks are never that cold. It's always melting and otherwise just not freezing nor room temperature. Has to be a really cold place to keep the drink under 5 degrees celsius (or under 40 degree fahrenheit) .
I should say that it's not impossible... but typically not going to be inducing brain freeze on people. =(
