It probably wouldn't be good for the Kremlings if the Kongs found out about this considering how ticklish this one appears to be in all the usual places. Though I imagine for King K Rool it's quite an effective method for punishing his minions, though I imagine that he would be rather ticklish himself most likely on his belly.
