He's actually a monster who happens to be wearing a red fox suit/skin, and this would be the design sketch of what he looks like underneath. I call 'em Scyrs: they're sort of a hive-mind of vampiric creatures out for blood, assimilation and evolution. And nasty, bloody transformation sequences that may contain content unsuitable for young children, the elderly, and la chupacabra.
