My roommate recently lost one of her two best friends to covid-19. She was auto immune and barely had good days, but even in the darkest days she was a bright spirit. Not even 24 hours after being hospitalized, she passed away on April 22. I never knew her but I listened to my roommate talk about her a lot.

My roommate asked me to do a commission for her in memorial, the octopus representing Sherri. The otter is my roommate, and the dolphin is another dear friend. I finished this like a week and a half ago, right before I had to take a week off because my wrist began to be in immense pain. Now I've had a week off, I'm already getting back to work on other things. Thank you for being so patient with me everyone, it's been a hard month.
