Hooked On Rock n' Roll ! ~
Bit of a personal achievement artwork for me!
I finally beat my fear of getting behind the drum kit again. (Long story, Abusive tutor.)
I've been sat behind a mental wall for 10-12 years, if not more.
Drumming was my whole life, so, when I was picked apart by my tutor mentally, I lost everything, I feared my drum kit, and any kit.
I was so scared of playing drums, it would set off PTSD attacks and panic the likes i've never had in my life.
Also, some of you know I lost my cousin, Martin 'Kiddie' Kearns , who was the drummer for Bolt Thrower for many years.
I got back in touch with my inner self, the band and my fear melted away. I can't play at the moment cuz of Lockdown.
BUT.
I bought new drum sticks, a new practice pad and got the stand ready for it. I'm going to get fit and get back behind the drums!
I'm so happy I could cry! ~
